1. Complaint period

Please note that the packing process is recorded by camera, so if there is a shortage of goods, please notify us immediately on the day of receipt for the shop to compare. Any complaints after the day of receipt will not be resolved. In case of shortage of goods, the shop will refund the money or make up for it in the next batch.

2. Warranty and refund cases

- Goods are damaged during transportation.

- Product quality and information do not match the information recorded on the website.

- Other causes are determined by the supplier.

3. How to complain

When discovering a problem with the product, customers need to take photos or videos of the product and contact Oishi's customer care department via the Facebook Fanpage:

4. About refund time

Refund time is within 3 working days from the time Oishi accepts the refund. Please provide Yucho account information to receive a refund.

5. In case of refund due to overpayment

In case the customer overpays and wishes to re-transfer, the transfer fee will be paid by the customer.
